MEET AMY
Meet Amy, a passionate Pilates & fitness instructor dedicated to empowering through movement. Transitioning from dance and singing, Amy found her calling 7 years ago teaching reformer Pilates.
Tired of body-related pressures, she aimed to make a difference, embracing a mission to help individuals feel confident and move freely. Amy dove into reformer and mat Pilates, driven by the urge to create positive change.
Her journey led to a Clinical Pilates and pain science diploma with Breathe Education. Having a further understanding of anatomy, Amy learnt that all bodies and minds are very different and need different approaches. Helping Amy’s teaching style to be MUCH more versatile and adaptive to the clients she works with. Exploring exercise psychology and pain perception, she realised the central nervous system's impact. This knowledge fuels her drive to guide clients through barriers, instilling confidence and reshaping body beliefs.
Strength training became a cornerstone in her approach, thoughtfully integrated into Reformer Pilates. Sessions transcend exercise, fostering empowerment, overcoming limits, and embracing peak physicality.
Amy’s purpose is clear: to get you stronger, feeling more confident and living a better life through movement that will free your body of pain and stiffness.
