We work together to retrain your breath in a way that supports your nervous system regulation, helping you shift out of stress and into a more grounded, calm, and connected state.

If your workplace is located outside of the Greater Geelong region, a small additional travel fee may apply to help cover fuel and travel time.

In today’s fast-paced world, clients often show up distracted, disconnected, and stuck in their heads — missing the full power of movement and breath. As Pilates instructors, we’re called to do more than guide physical exercise; we need to bring people back to presence. Breath is the gateway — for both teachers and clients.

After over 8 years teaching Pilates myself, I faced burnout head-on. I realised teaching more classes didn’t have to mean feeling drained. Through retraining my own breath, learning how to project my voice without strain, and adopting smart energy-saving tools, I developed practical ways to teach more effectively — with less fatigue.

This 2-hour in-studio workshop helps Pilates instructors:

  • Reconnect to their own breath to regulate energy, reduce vocal strain, and avoid burnout

  • Learn how to teach clients breath techniques that calm the nervous system and promote flow.

  • Use breath as a tool to help clients move from tension to ease, prevent injury, and recover faster

  • Structure cues that reduce talking fatigue while boosting client presence and focus

Incorporating breathwork isn’t just an add-on — it’s foundational. It transforms how instructors teach, and how clients experience every session.
