Meet Amy
Amy offers two distinct 1:1 experiences: private Reformer Pilates sessions in her home studio, and both private and group Breathwork journeys designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional release.
Her 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions focus on building functional strength, improving mobility, and creating a body that feels both strong and supple. Together, you’ll work on controlled, intentional movement patterns that enhance stability, joint health, posture, and overall resilience. Sessions are tailored to your goals — whether that’s increasing strength, preventing injury, improving flexibility, supporting recovery, or simply feeling more confident in your body. The aim isn’t just to “work out,” but to move well, move intelligently, and build strength that supports you in everyday life.
Alongside this, Amy offers 1:1 and group Breathwork experiences that help release stored stress, regulate the nervous system, and create space for deeper clarity and self-connection.
At the heart of both offerings is connection. Amy is passionate about truly knowing her clients — understanding their goals, challenges, and aspirations — so she can support them not just physically, but holistically. Her work is grounded in helping people feel strong, mobile, emotionally steady, and aligned with their authentic selves.
With a background in dance and singing, Amy found her true calling over eight years ago in the health and wellbeing space. Moving away from the pressure and unrealistic standards often placed on the body, she now guides people toward confidence, clarity, and self-trust through mindful strength and breath.
Her approach blends strength-based Reformer Pilates with intentional Breathwork, creating transformation from the inside out.
