    We work together to retrain your breath in a way that supports your nervous system regulation, helping you shift out of stress and into a more grounded, calm, and connected state.

    Each session is fully tailored to you and may help with:

Amy is a passionate Pilates, Strength and breath work facilitator, dedicated to helping people become their ultimate selves—free from stress, tension, and limiting beliefs. With a background in dance and singing, Amy discovered her true calling over eight years ago in the health wellbeing and fitness world.

Frustrated by the pressure and expectations placed on the body, she shifted her focus toward empowering others through mindful movement and breath. Her mission is to guide individuals toward confidence, clarity, and freedom—both physically and mentally—so they can move well, feel well, and pursue their goals without self-doubt holding them back.

Amy’s approach blends strength-based Pilates with intentional breath work, creating space for transformation from the inside out.
