Single Session:
$120 (45–50 mins)
A single guided session to reset, release tension, and bring calm.
Ideal if you want a taste of breathwork or a quick reset.
6-Week Program:
$540 (6 sessions, $90 per session)
Weekly sessions online via Zoom or in-person.
Learn to regulate your nervous system, retrain your breath, and manage stress, anxiety, and burnout.
Each session includes guided practice and practical tools to use at home or at work.
