Dynamic mat pilates (lower body focus)

Join me in this fun and energising class where we work on legs and core with a little spurts of cardio to get the blood pumping. Expect to feel worked, awake and energised for your day. You need a set of weights and a booty band but if you don’t have any, you will still get a killer workout! Let’s go.
